İlayda KARACA

I was born in 2000. Graduated from Bornova College in 2018. I am a third-year student at the Izmir Institute of Technology. I am studying Bioengineering. I am doing an internship in the LBMS laboratory which was established by Dr. H. Cumhur Tekin. I got some online courses from EdX and Coursera that are web programming by Harvard, Introduction to the Biology of Cancer by Johns Hopkins University, Nanotechnology: A Maker’s Course by Duke University, and Drug Discovery by UC San Diego.

Hilal TAMER

I am 21 years old. I live in İzmir. I am a junior at IZTECH and I major in bioengineering. I am a member of the bioengineering student community BESCO. I had my internship at the Genetic Diagnosis Center in a hospital.

Ece Didem KARADAL

I am Ece Didem Karadal. I was born on October 14, 1998, in Niğde. I completed my high school education at Bor Toki Anatolian Teacher-High School. I am a third-year student at Izmir Institute of Technology, my department is Bioengineering. I did my summer internship in the microbiology laboratory and R&D department of the fruit juice factory. I am a member of my school’s dance club and bioengineering student community BESCO. I love dancing, writing poetry, and science.

Yağmur ŞAHİN

I am a 4th-year student of molecular biology and genetics at Üsküdar University. I am 22 years old. I live in Istanbul. A few days ago, I attended the international evolution, molecular biology, and genetics congress. I received an experimental animal training certificate in 2020. In 2020, I did a study on cancer. In 2021, I had internships in two different laboratories.
